Typically a 75 minute class begins with a cleansing breath, followed by 10 minutes warm up, then 50 minutes of moderately paced and uniquely sequenced asanas (yoga postures), adding a new pose each month “the pose of the month” to help each student explore new territories within their own bodies. We end the class with 5 min in savasana (corpse pose) to bring total relaxation and rejuvenation within and without.

 Basic Flow - Beginner & Senior          



Yoga 101 for beginners & senior students

Intro to yoga and flow yoga, this series will help new student learn about the foundation poses of yoga and Vinyasa flow, as well as specific yogic breathing that are at the core of a good yoga practice.
When committing to this class, overtime students will gain stamina, strength, flexibility and each session will help eliminate chronic body aches, anxiety, hyperactivity, lack of focus or attentiveness, loose weight and ton up leaving rejuvenated and joyful.


If you are a senior, you will enjoy the pace of this class; without straining you will be able to do all the poses offered in this setting and walk out of class feeling complete and satisfied.
Each week we focus on a set of poses and modify them to help you ease into yoga postures. Your balance will improve, your new developed strength & flexibility will help you with any other activity in your life. By the end of this series you will feel confident to continue with another series or try another level class.

 Community Flow - All level        

Offering a low cost class for the local community. A Vinyasa  Flow Style class will give you a complete workout helping you build strength, balance and flexibility. You will feel more energized, and less anxious after each class, you will learn to use yogic breath to give you vitality and control over undesirable emotions, thoughts & feeling. Each class will have an accent and focus derived from the 8 limbs of yoga to help you grow personally and spiritually. 


Optional: If you are completely new to yoga you may want to first take a Basic Flow series and/or Therapeutic Flow Series along with this class.

 Slow Flow - All level
Nurture yourself with a “Slow Flow”. This gentle flow will take you through gentle Asanas (yoga postures) in a creative sequence, allowing for a gentle healing response of the body with less of a "workout", emphasizing on correct alignment to further personal growth in awareness and removing accumulated stress.

Soothing and Therapeutic this yoga class will dissipate body aches and restore your health. Improve your sleep pattern, release anxiety, grief and sadness, recover from stress and body pains, relax your entire constitution while strengthening your body, rediscover the benefits of breathing correctly and improve your overall sense of wellness and happiness, learn yoga while feeling cared for.

Each week the emphasis will be on a different aspect of your body (back care, shoulder & neck relief, joints pain, lymphatic flush, hormonal balance, heart health, , back opener, feet & ankle agility, ...) to clear-out deep rooted tension & patterns while softening body tightness.

The Monday 5 weeks series will be similar to the 9 weeks and incorporate all of the above. Each weeks the emphasis will be on a different aspect of the body: shoulder & neck relief, back care, join pain, lymphatic flush, hormonal balance, heart health, back opener, feet & ankle agility, major organs detox, to clear-out deep rooted tension and patterns while softening tightness, breathing health and newness within you.

Finally this class will end with 10min Savasana in a relaxation pose or Savasana (corpse pose) itself

 Vinyasa Yoga Flow - Intermediate with at least one year of continuous yoga practice.
This is a dynamic Yoga Flow, which will continuously keep you moving from one pose to another done in the rhythm of well chosen soothing music from around the world. Incorporating all 3 basis of Vinyasa flow: Ujjayi breath (the oceanic breath), Drishty (gaze), and Bandhas (navel power) to strengthen your practice, your body, relax your thoughts, and become one pointed giving birth to a meditative state of "Bliss".
Develop strength, flexibility,
endurance & expect to be challenged, break a sweat and burn calories.
You are assured to leave class feeling inspired and renewed, free of mental burden and emotional instability (Vrittis).

Our daily yoga practice will help you clear toxins faster and de-tire you! Class will be Therapeutic to support your cleanse and reestablish your balance each day. You will have the opportunity to connect with others in class building a "support group" to help you stay focus. We will take the time each class to answer your questions or share your experiences.

  1) a good blender (Blendtec, Vitamix, ...) or a food processor.
 
2) a desire to get healthy or any goals to get you to a healthier place.

  1. Start with  Basic Flow Series for beginners or a Therapeutic Slow Flow Series (All Level) and complete the series.
  2. For best result allocate some of your time to at least 1 session per week.

  4. Be patient with yourself and don't judge your progress too quickly. We often have difficulty seeing how well we are doing. Our expectations are either way to high or way too low.
  5. Yoga will work on you from the inside out (not the reverse) yet the changes will be apparent in your behavior, state of mind, physical well being, and in your day to day activities. Give yourself it at least a 10 session series before deciding what yoga is or does for you.
  6. Take the Yoga Alignment & Benefits workshop after you have completed 1 or 2 yoga series (10 - 20 classes).

A life changing experience awaits you with Sadhana yoga practice.
We will practice during the most spiritual & beneficial time of the early hours (called ambrosia hours 3-6am).


We will go over setting a matrix with an aim for spiritual expansion taking advantage of Summer Solstice's changing energy to draw propitious spiritual growth in our lives. Set your goals on higher long lasting truths and see the change in you happen effortlessly.
See yourself unfold into a new person, leaving old habits behind and undesirable emotions or feelings that weigh you down in life; become aware of old thought patterns that keep you acting in an undesirable way.

During this powerful Sadhana you will see your attitude and attention rise to new horizon helping you welcome newness and expansion in your life as we dive deeper into each day of practice. You will experience a whole new you by Day 10 or before, wondering how it happened? if it is real and going to stay? never wishing for the old you to ever come back.

This practice will help you get started with a daily home practice, change your body shape, become limber and strong, and intensify your spiritual awareness with this transformational commitment to yourself.

We will practice a gentle Slow Flow yoga at a moderate pace with a slant on Iyengar Asanas series, waking up your body slowly and safely, adding supportive therapeutic Asanas (postures) to help you heal physically, releasing emotional & mental blockage, and regaining a joyful attitude.

Each session will have a theme and emphasis on opening certain areas in the body in the following manner but not limited to it:

Forward bends: days 1, 4 and 7. Back bends: days 2, 5 and 8. Twists & hips: days 3, 6 and 9. Day 10 is reserved for a restorative session. Each class ends with a 7-10 min Savasana (corpse pose).

 Power Flow - All Level Basic Yoga knowledge needed for this class

Detox / Heal / De-stress
A great session for those of you who wish to advance your yogic practice or experience clarity of mind.
This class is a Power Flow Baron Baptist Style. Part of the sequence will take you into a faster flow then slow down to stay longer in certain poses building stamina, strength in body & mind, surpassing your own mind's likes/dislikes and limitations. You will sweat and get a great workout that will keep you wanting more with no body aches left.

*we assume that you know the basic poses of yoga

Bring a small towel, a small bottle of water and your mat or rent one for $1.

balanced, easy, and fun raw food recipes in your diet to improve your health and clear your body of diseases (diabetes, fibromyalgia, bursitis, chronic fatigue/pains, arthritis,hormonal imbalance, MS, arthritis pain,...), remove emotional instability, heal old injuries, regain your energy, clear your head of foggy thoughts, loose weight, and feel alive again like it was intended to be for you.
Each session will have 1hr of Therapeutic Flow, keeping an accent on healing a particular aspect of the body; lymphatic, back care, shoulder opener /recovery, hip pain release. You will leave this workshop with tools to help you live a healthier life without a fight.
