  • If schools are on 2hrs delay = Community center opens @ 10am & Community Yoga Flow is moved to 1-2pm.
  • If schools are closing = no class & community center will be closed.

All other classes at Body Dynamics Studio will take place unless roads are not passable. You will receive updates from me via email for these classes.

Typically a 75 minute class
begins with a cleansing breath, followed by 10 minutes warm up, then 50 minutes of moderately paced and uniquely sequenced asanas (yoga postures), adding a new pose each month “the pose of the month” to help each student explore new territories within their own bodies. We end the class with 5 min in savasana (corpse pose) to bring total relaxation and rejuvenation within and without.

Basic Flow

Yoga 101 for beginners & senior students

Intro to yoga and flow yoga, this series will help new student learn about the foundation poses of yoga and Vinyasa flow, as well as specific yogic breathing that are at the core of a good yoga practice. When committing to this class, each week students will develop stamina, strength & flexibility. Each session will help eliminate chronic body aches, anxiety, hyperactivity, lack of focus or attentiveness leaving rejuvenated and ALIVE.

This is a very valuable class for those of you who wish to start up yoga.

Community Flow - All level         Print Flier
Offering a low cost class for the local community. A gentle  slow flow geared to relieve tension and heal your injuries. You will gain flexibility, balance, strength, feel more energized, learn yogic breathing to give you vitality and control over undesirable emotions, thoughts & feelings. 


Optional: If you are completely new to yoga you may want to first take a Basic Flow series and/or Therapeutic Flow Series along with this class.

Slow Flow - All level
Nurture yourself with a “Slow Flow”. This gentle flow will take you through gentle Asanas (yoga postures) in a creative sequence, allowing for a gentle healing response of the body with less of a "workout", emphasizing on correct alignment to further personal growth in awareness and removing accumulated stress.

Therapeutic Flow Series - All Level        Print Flier

Soothing and Therapeutic this yoga flow will dissipate body aches and re-enliven your life. Improve your sleep pattern, release anxiety, grief and sadness, recover from stress and body pains, relax your entire constitution while strengthening your body, rediscover the benefits of breathing correctly and improve your overall sense of wellness and happiness, learn yoga while feeling taken care of.

Each week the emphasis will be on a different aspect of your body (shoulder & neck relief, back care, lymphatic flush, heart center opener, and more) to clear-out deep rooted tension and patterns while softening tightness, breathing health and newness within you.

Vinyasa Yoga Flow - Intermediate with at least one year of continuous yoga practice.
This is a dynamic Yoga Flow, which will continuously keep you moving from one pose to another done in the rhythm of well chosen soothing music from around the world. Incorporating all 3 basis of Vinyasa flow: Ujjayi breath (the ocean breath), Drishty (gaze), and Bandhas (navel power) to strengthen your practice, your body, relax your thoughts, and become one pointed giving birth to a meditative state of "Bliss".
Develop strength, flexibility,
endurance & expect to be challenged, break a sweat and burn calories.
You are assured to leave class feeling inspired and renewed, free of mental burden and emotional instability (Vrittis).

Power Flow - All Level Basic Yoga knowledge needed for this class


1 SUNDAY a month  1 - 2:30pm

Detox / Heal / De-stress
A great session for those of you who wish to advance your yogic practice or experience clarity of mind.
This class is a Power Flow Baron Baptist Style. Part of the sequence will take you into a faster flow then slow down to stay longer in certain poses building stamina, strength in body & mind, surpassing your own mind's likes/dislikes and limitations. You will sweat and get a great workout that will keep you wanting more with no body aches left.

*we assume that you know the basic poses of yoga

Bring a small towel, a small bottle of water and your mat or rent one for $1. Rate: $15 (cash only) 


Power Flow Hour - All Level,  is more gentle variation of 90min power flow but will give you all that you want and need from a power flow.

Design to help you incorporate delicious, nutritious,

balanced, easy, and fun raw food recipes in your diet to improve your health and clear your body of diseases (diabetes, fibromyalgia, bursitis, chronic fatigue/pains, arthritis,hormonal imbalance, MS, arthritis pain,...), remove emotional instability, heal old injuries, regain your energy, clear your head of foggy thoughts, loose weight, and feel alive again like it was intended to be for you.
Each session will have 1hr of Therapeutic Flow, keeping an accent on healing a particular aspect of the body; lymphatic, back care, shoulder opener /recovery, hip pain release. You will leave this workshop with tools to help you live a healthier life without a fight.
Each week we will taste one raw food dish, and it will be given to you to try at home.

Yoga poseNew to Yoga?

  1. Start with  Basic Flow Series for beginners or a Therapeutic Slow Flow Series (All Level) and complete the series.
  2. For best result allocate some of your time to at least 1 session per week. 
  3. Take the Vinyasa Basic workshop as soon as it is available.

  5. Be patient with yourself and don't judge yourself too quickly. Yoga may work on subtler level than you think before you start seeing changes in yourself. Give it at least a 10 session series.
  6. Take the Yoga Alignment & Benefits workshop after you have completed 1 or 2 yoga series (10 - 20 classes).

Sadhana  - All level       Print Flier 11 consecutive days of early morning yoga practice: early birds get the worm!


A life changing experience awaits you with this Sadhana. Meant to be done during the ambrosia hours (3-6am), we will be more lenient and star @ 6:15am.
With this practice see yourself unfold into a new person, leaving old habits behind and undesirable emotions or feelings that weigh you down in life; becoming aware of old thought patterns that keep you acting a certain way.

With this powerful Sadhana you will see your attitude and attention rise to new horizons helping you welcome newness and expansion in your life as we dive into each day of practice. You will experience a whole NEW you by Day 11, wondering how it happened but never look back.
This practice will help you get started with a daily home practice, change your body shape, become limber and strong, and intensify your spiritual awareness with this transformative commitment to yourself.

We will be practicing a gentle Vinyasa yoga Flow at a moderate pace to wake up your body slowly and safely, adding supportive therapeutic Asana (postures) to help you heal, whether it is physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual.
Each session will have a theme and emphasis on opening certain areas in the body as follow;

Forward bends: days 1, 4 and 7. Back bends: days 2, 5 and 8. Twists & hips: days 3, 6 and 9. Day 10 surprise practice. Day 11 is reserved for a restorative session. Each class ends with a 7-10 min Savasana (corpse pose).
